Waseely is a cross-border shopping platform that aggregates products from third-party marketplaces, facilitates ordering, payment in IQD, and delivery coordination within Iraq.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate registration and delivery information.
Orders and third parties
Products are sourced from external platforms. Availability, pricing, and seller policies may change. Waseely acts as an intermediary to facilitate your purchase and delivery.

You agree to pay all charges associated with your orders, including product costs, shipping, fees, and applicable taxes. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers.
Prohibited use
You may not use Waseely for unlawful purposes, fraud, abuse of support systems, or attempts to compromise platform security.
Limitation of liability
Waseely is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service or third-party marketplace actions.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account by contacting support.
